Ingredients

6 eggs

1 ¼ c milk

12 oz package of bacon, cooked and chopped

2 c gruyere shredded

2 c cheddar shredded

16 hash brown

1 c ranch dressing

garlic powder

onion powder

Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Pre-cook hashbrowns for 8 min. I have baked this same recipe from frozen hash browns too, but this helps get them more crispy.
Step 2
Whisk eggs,milk, ranch dressing and seasonings.
Step 3
With all your hashbrowns on your sheet pan, evenly spread on your cheese and bacon
Step 4
Pour on your egg and milk mixture
Step 5
Bake covered for 60 and uncovered for 15 and broil for a few minutes if you want it extra crispy
