Ingredients

6 eggs

2 c half and half

8 strips cooked bacon chopped up

2 ½ c gruyere shredded

1 ½ c cheddar shredded

8 Sliced Swiss

16 hash brown
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Par-cook hashbrowns for 8 min. I have baked this same recipe from frozen hashbrowns too but this helps them keep them more crispy.
Step 2
Whisk eggs and milk together and add seasonings.
Step 3
Layer half hashbrowns and then 1 1/2c gruyere and all of cheddar.
Step 4
Top with bacon, then sliced swiss and 8 hashbrown
Step 5
Bake 375 for 60 covered 15 uncovered.
Step 6
Top with remaining cheese and broil for a few minutes to get extra crispy and enjoy!
