Ingredients
3 lb Chuck Roast
4 Red Skin Potatoes
3 Celery Stalks
½ Yellow Onion
1 cup Baby Carrots
French Onion Soup Mix
1 ½ cup Water
4 Thyme Stalks
Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Seasonings: ( TBSP)
Salt
Pepper
1 Creole Seasoning (/2 TBSP)
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
1 Steak Seasoning (/2 TBSP)

Step 1
Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees
Step 2
Start by chopping all of your veggies to the size of your liking, set aside for later.

Create a seasoning blend in a bowl with all seasonings listed, and pour from bowl. St

Season Chuck Roast with all seasonings listed, be sure to get all sides including the edges/sides of the roast for best flavor.
Step 5
In a heated pan, add in 1/2 TBSP of olive oil and allow to heat. After 2/3 minutes of heated oil, add in your chuck roast. Sear on first sides for 4 minutes.
Step 6
While your roast is searing add in your veggies into the baking dish, season with the remainder of your seasoning blend.
Step 7
Once your roast finishes searing, add into the baking dish.
Step 8
Mix French onion soup mix and your water and pour into the baking dish.
Step 9
Cover with foil and place into the oven for about 3.5 hours. This will ensure it’s super tender 😍
Step 10
Remove, allow to cool, and enjoy with your favorite sides/veggies!
