Ingredients
½ cup Red Cabbage
½ cup Green Cabbage
¼ cup Cilantro
1 Tomato
½ Jalapeno
Jumbo Shrimp
2 Limes
½ can of the Smaller Chipotle Pepper Can
½ cup Mayo
Scoop of sour cream
Chipotle Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
Tortillas of your choice (I did flour)
Directions
Step 1
Start by creating your chipotle cream sauce. Chipotle Cream Sauce: Blend Chipotle Peppers, mayo, the juice of one line, and sour cream.
Step 2
Combine your green and red cabbage, cilantro, jalapeno, and tomato.
Step 3
Add the juice of one lime and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Season your shrimp generously with chipotle seasoning and garlic pepper.
Step 5
Heat a pan on a medium to high heat and add in a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 6
Once olive oil has heated, add in your shrimp, be sure they are laying individually.
Step 7
Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, once finished, set aside and heat your tortillas.
Step 8
Heat your tortillas and serve your shrimp and cabbage slaw, topped with the chipotle cream sauce. Serve & Enjoy!
