For the Mango Salsa:

Dice the mango, jalapeño, and red bell pepper.

For the Salmon:

Season the salmon on both sides with all purpose seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium to high heat.

Add the salmon skin side down and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
