Ingredients

2 Salmon filets

1 Mango

½ Red bell pepper

½ Jalapeño

¼ Red onion

¼ cup Cilantro

3 Limes

½ tbsp Olive oil

½ tbsp All purpose seasoning

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Directions

Step 1

For the Mango Salsa:

Step 1

Dice the mango, jalapeño, and red bell pepper.

Chop the cilantro.

Add diced mango, jalapeño, red bell pepper, and chopped cilantro to a bowl.

Add the juice of one lime to the bowl and mix well.

For the Salmon:

Step 1

Season the salmon on both sides with all purpose seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium to high heat.

Add the salmon skin side down and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

Flip the salmon and cook for another 3 minutes.

For crispy sides, cook on each side for about a minute.

Once the salmon is done, set it aside.

Top the salmon with mango salsa.
