Ingredients
5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
10 - 12 Jumbo Shrimp
1 tbsp Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning
1 tbsp Walkerswood Green Seasoning
1 tbsp Garlic Salt
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Paprika
2 tbsp Jerk Seasoning
1 tbsp Pepper
¼ Yellow Bell Pepper
¼ Green Bell Pepper
¼ Red Bell Pepper
1 ½ lb Pasta of Your choice
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
2 ½ cup Heavy Cream
2 - 3 tbsp olive Oil
Directions
Step 1
Start by chopping and prepping your bell pepper and onions, you can slice or dice them! Totally up to you, be sure to mince your garlic now as well.
Step 2
Season your chicken with 1/2 TBSP of Green Seasoning, 1/2 TBSP Jerk Seasoning, 1/2 TBSP Of the seasonings listed. Combine and mix well!
Step 3
Season your shrimp with the same amount of seasonings as well listed above.
Step 4
Heat a pan with olive oil about 1 TBSP, once heated add in your chicken. Cook for 6 minutes on each side (medium heat about a 4/5 on the stove).
Step 5
After chicken reaches temp of 165, remove from pan and set aside to rest
Step 6
Lower your heat to about a 3/4 and add in 1 TBSP Olive Oil, add in shrimp and be sure they are all laying flat. Not on top of one another.
Step 7
Cook shrimp on each side for 3 minutes and remove from the pan.
Step 8
Add your veggies into the pan and mix (bell peppers, onion, garlic).
Step 9
Cook veggies for 2-3 minutes before adding in all of your heavy whipping cream.
Step 10
Allow cream to heat for about 2/3 minutes. Your heat should still be low/medium at this point.
Step 11
Once it begins to boil, add in 1/2 TBSP of Jerk Seasoning (the Walkerswood), the jerk seasoning blend, and garlic powder (1/2 TBSP each)
Step 12
Add cheese and mix well, once sauce has cooked for 5 minutes add in noodles, chicken, shrimp and enjoy!
Step 13
Garnish with green onion and parsley for presentation!
