Ingredients
Thinly Sliced Steak
Red/Green Bell Pepper
½ Yellow Onion 
Steak Seasoning, Salt, Pepper, Garlic/Onion Powder
½ cup of Flour
3 cup of Beef Broth
White Rice
1 tsp OLIVE OIL
1 tbsp SALT
1 ½ cup OF RICE
3 cup OF WATER
1 tbsp BUTTER
Directions
Step 1
Start by getting everything prepped, slice your veggies and your meat. Get them into bowls to get ready for seasoning.
Step 2
Season your steak well and heat a pan. Once pan is heated, add olive oil, and once oil is heated add in your steak.
Step 3
Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side and remove from pan.
Step 4
Add in your veggies into the same pan and cook down for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to the veggies, add in 2 TBSP of butter.
Step 5
Once veggies finish cooking, add in your flour and mix well into the veggies. Allow to cook for 2 minutes before adding any liquid.
Step 6
Add in beef broth and this will be your gravy. If you like a thinner gravy add more of the beef broth.
Step 7
Add steak back into the pan and cover to cook for another 10/15 minutes before serving and enjoying!
