Ingredients
5 chicken thighs
1 ½ cups of rice
1 ½ cup chicken broth
1 ½ cup of water
Dano’s Original and Hot Seasoning
For the Sauce
¼ heavy whipping cream
½ stick of melted butter
1 TSBP DANOS ORIGINAL
½ tbsp Salt
Directions
Step 1
Start by seasoning your chicken generously with Dano’s Original, Dano’s Hot Seasoning and Salt.
Step 2
In a heated pan, add olive oil and allow to heat. Once heated add chicken thighs in, skin side down and cook on each side for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Your chicken will not be fully cooked at this point, it will cook throughout the recipe.
Step 4
In the same pan add in your rice and allow to toast for 2/3 minutes.
Step 5
Add in your chicken broth, and your chicken into the pan.
Step 6
Cover and cook until rice is completed.
Step 7
For the Sauce
Step 1
Combine heavy whipping cream, danos, butter, and salt. Cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Pour your sauce over your rice and chicken.
Step 3
Allow rice to soak into the creamy sauce, serve and enjoy!
