Ingredients
2 - 3 lb Chuck Roast
½ of Jarred Pepperoncini
1 packet of Au Jux
1 packet of Ranch Seasoning
½ Onion Soup Packet
1 ½ cup Beef Broth
4 tbsp Butter
Directions
Step 1
Season Chuck Roast with 1/2 TBSP of seasonings on both sides
Step 2
Heat your dutch oven on a medium to high heat.
Step 3
Once heated, add in 2 TBSP of Olive Oil
Step 4
After olive oil is heated, add in your chuck roast and allow to sear on both sides for 4 minutes.
Step 5
Add Ranch, Au Jux, and half of your onion soup packets.
Step 6
Next add in your pepperoncini and beef broth.
Step 7
Cover and cook on low to medium heat for 1.5 hours.
Step 8
Add in butter on top of your chuck roast, cover and continue to cook for an additional hour.
Step 9
Uncover and shred your chuck roast.
Step 10
Serve with creamy mashed potatoes, white rice, and a refreshing veggie!
