Ingredients

8 ounces smoked Gouda

3 lobsters

1 pound elbow noodles

2 cups heavy whipping cream

8 ounces Gruyère cheese

8 ounces mild cheddar

1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon garlic herb seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Open the lobster tails and remove the meat.

Step 2

Chop the lobster meat into bite-size pieces.

Boil water and salt it.

Step 4

Add elbow noodles to boiling water and cook until al dente or 1-2 minutes under the preferred cooking time on the box.

1 pound elbow noodles

Grate all of the cheese.

8 ounces smoked Gouda

8 ounces Gruyère cheese

8 ounces mild cheddar

Step 6

For the Lobster:

Step 1

In a medium-sized pan, melt garlic herb butter.

Add lobster to the pan and cook for approximately six minutes.

Remove the lobster from the pan.

For the Cheese Sauce:

Step 1

In the same pan, add heavy whipping cream.

2 cups heavy whipping cream

Step 2

Allow it to come to a slight boil.

Step 3

Add half of each cheese gradually, mixing to ensure it melts correctly.

4 ounces Gruyère cheese

4 ounces mild cheddar

Step 4

Season the cheese sauce with Old Bay, black pepper, and garlic herb seasoning to taste.

Step 5

Drain the elbow noodles.

Step 6

Combine noodles with cheese sauce and lobster, mixing well.

Step 7

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish.

Step 8

Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 9

Allow to cool for five minutes before serving.
