1 pound elbow noodles
2 cups heavy whipping cream
8 ounces Gruyère cheese
8 ounces mild cheddar
1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning

Open the lobster tails and remove the meat.

In a medium-sized pan, melt garlic herb butter.

Add lobster to the pan and cook for approximately six minutes.

For the Cheese Sauce:

In the same pan, add heavy whipping cream.

Allow it to come to a slight boil.

Add half of each cheese gradually, mixing to ensure it melts correctly.

Season the cheese sauce with Old Bay, black pepper, and garlic herb seasoning to taste.

Combine noodles with cheese sauce and lobster, mixing well.
