Ingredients
6 Chicken Thighs
1 Large Garlic Clove (or 2/3 smaller ones)
1 Juice of Lemon
⅓ cup of Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Honey
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
1 tbsp Olive Oil
For the Rice
2 cup of Rice
4 cup of Water
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp Butter
For the Green Beans
2 lb Green Beans
French Onion Soup Mix
Salt
Pepper
Water
2 tbsp Butter
Directions
Step 1
Season your chicken thighs generously with seasonings listed above.
Step 2
Place in baking pan and bake on 375 for 30 minutes.
Step 3
While baking cook your rice and green beans.
Step 4
For the Sauce
Step 1
Start your sauce, melt butter, cook garlic down for 2/3 minutes. Add 2 TBSP of Honey, and Soy Sauce. Mix well until combined and allow to simmer for 5 minutes on a low heat.
Step 2
Take chicken out and drain the juice from the pan.
Step 3
Lightly brush your chicken with the sauce & pour remaining sauce into pan. Add lemon slices on top of chicken.
Step 4
Bake for additional 15 minutes.
