Ingredients
Rack of Lamb
½ tbsp Garlic Powder
½ tbsp Adobo
½ tbsp Pepper
½ tbsp Salt
½ tbsp Onion powder
½ tbsp Creole seasoning
2 tbsp Grape Seed Oil
For the Sauce
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
3 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
2 tbsp Honey
Directions
Step 1
Slice your lamb chops and clean with water and vinegar. Allow to soak for about 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
Season generously with seasonings listed. Drizzle a little oil on them and mix until well combined.
Step 3
In a cast iron or HexClad pan, add your grape seed oil and allow to heat on a high heat.
Step 4
Once pan is nice and hot add in your lamb chops. Allow them to sear on each side for 3-4 minutes, only flipping once.
Step 5
Remove from pan and cook additional lamb chops in this same oil/heated pan.
Step 6
For the Sauce
Step 1
Make your sauce in a bowl and mix ingredients until well combined.
Step 2
Once finished, turn heat down to a medium low, add in lamb chops and the sauce.
Step 3
Allow to deglaze for 2/3 minutes, and serve!
