Jerk Fried Rice

Ingredients

Ingredients:

6 Chicken Tenders

½ Red & Green Bell Pepper

¼ Red Onion

2 cup of Day Old Rice

2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

2 tbsp Olive Oil

3 Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning

Seasonings:

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Salt

Pepper

Paprika

Tools

Wok

Directions

Step 1

Start by seasoning your chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add on jerk seasoning and mix well (mild or spicy).

Step 2

Cut your bell peppers, onion, green onion.

Step 3

Heat a wok with olive oil and cook your chicken on each side for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Remove from pan and set aside, add veggies into the same pan. Add more jerk seasoning and cook down until they are aromatic.

Step 5

Add in day old rice and remove any chunks, add in dark soy sauce and mix well.

Step 6

Add chicken back in and top with green onion.

Step 7
