3 Salmon Filets
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder,Paprika
Lemon Juice

1 cup of Soy Say
⅓ cup Brown Sugar
3 tbsp honey
2 - 3 cloves of Minced Garlic
Garlic Butter
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 cloves Minced Garlic
Fried Rice
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 cloves of Garlic
½ Green Onion
1 - 2 Egg
Peas and Carrots
1 ½ cup Day Old Rice
Salt Pepper Garlic Powder
Directions
Step 1
1. Season your salmon generously with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder.
Step 2
Make your sauce by combining soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, and minced garlic.
Step 3
Start Fried Rice medium to high heat: Heat some oil in a pan and add in minced garlic and green onion once heated.
Step 4
Cook egg and add in your frozen peas and carrots. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Add in day old rice, be sure there are no chunks. Add in garlic butter sauce (combined butter, soy sauce, and garlic) soy sauce, and salt and pepper.
Step 6
Salmon: Heat a pan on a medium to high heat, once heated add in your olive oil.
Step 7
After heating olive oil, add in salmon and allow to cook well in each side for 4 minutes.
Step 8
Add in your butter and sauce and allow to cook on medium heat (4/5 on the stove numbers).
Step 9
Remove salmon and allow glaze to simmer on a low heat, add in cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cs and 2 tbsp water) this will help thicken sauce.
Step 10
Once at desired consistency, serve and enjoy!
