Ingredients
2 cup Cornmeal
½ cup of Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Sugar
¼ cup Honey
2 cup of Milk
2 Eggs
½ stick of Butter
2 tbsp butter
Honey
Directions
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients and mix well. (Cornmeal, sugar, flour, baking powder).
Step 2
Add egg, milk, honey into mixture.
Step 3
Butter cast iron skillet fully and pour mixture in.
Step 4
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 5
Melt 2 TBSP butter and add in honey, mix well and pour on top of cornbread.
