Ingredients
1 can Carnation Milk
1 cup Whole Milk
2 cup of Colby Jack
1 cup of Sharp cheddar
1 cup of Mild cheddar
½ bag Colby Cheese Cubes
Parsley
1 lb Elbow Noodles
1 tbsp Butter
½ tbsp salt
½ tbsp pepper
Directions
Step 1
Start by boiling your elbow noodles and cooking according to packaging. Be sure to rinse with cold water after draining to help stop the cooking process!
Step 2
Shred or buy pre-shredded cheeses and get them out and ready for cheese sauce.
Step 3
Melt down your butter on a medium heat, once melted add in 1 can of evaporated milk and your milk.
Step 4
Allow this to heat for 2/3 minutes before adding in cheeses.
Step 5
Be sure to add cheese little by little, mixing each time you add more to help it melt easier and not clump up.
Step 6
Continue to combine leaving 1 Cup of Colby Jack for the top of the Mac before the oven.
Step 7
Add noodles into sauce mixture along with cheese cubes.
Step 8
Season with salt and pepper, mix well.
Step 9
Top with remaining cheeses, parsley, and bake on 375 for 25 minutes or until nice and golden to your preference.
