Ingredients
2 NY Strip Steaks
1 stick of Pure Irish Butter
Parsley
Garlic Paste
½ tbsp Salt
½ tbsp Pepper
½ tbsp Garlic Powder
½ tbsp Onion Powder
½ tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Step 1
Slice your steaks into even bite sized pieces and season well. Allow that to sit while you get your butter completed.
Step 2
Use room temperature butter, add in chopped parsley, and garlic paste, season with a little salt and pepper. Combine until well incorporated.
Step 3
Heat your pan on a high heat, add in avocado/olive oil, and allow this to get hot. You want to make sure your steak sizzles when you put it in. This will help with the sear of the steak.
Step 4
Cook on each side for 3 minutes, and remove from the pan. This will be a medium well cook for the steak.
Step 5
Add in your garlic herb butter and allow steak to cook inside of the pan for an additional 2 minutes.
Step 6
Allow it to rest for at least 7-10 minutes, this allows it to contain the juices inside of the steak.
