Ingredients

1 New York strip steak

10 to 12 jumbo shrimp

1 broccoli head

4 yellow or red potatoes

4 tbsp garlic butter

4 cloves garlic

1 tbsp olive oil

parsley seasonings

garlic herb seasoning

garlic and onion powder

salt

paprika

pepper

lemon pepper

creole seasoning

Chicago steak seasoning

Directions

Step 1

Cut the New York strip steak into small bite-size pieces.

Cut the potatoes into small bite-size pieces.

4 yellow or red potatoes

Step 3

Boil the potatoes for about 10 minutes.

Season the steak with Chicago steak seasoning.

Step 5

Season the shrimp with half a tablespoon each of garlic herb seasoning, garlic and onion powder, lemon pepper, and creole seasoning.

Step 6

Mix the shrimp with olive oil until the seasonings are well coated.

For the Foil Packet:

Step 1

Add New York strip steak, shrimp, potatoes, and broccoli into a large piece of aluminum foil.

Step 2

Wrap the foil tightly to close.

Step 3

Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.

Step 4

Serve with melted garlic herb butter.
