Ingredients
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
16 oz. Pack of Gnocchi
2 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp of Minced Garlic
4 Sundried Tomatoes Cut into pieces
2 cup of Chicken Broth
2 ½ cup of Spinach
Freshly Grated Parmesean Cheese
1 tbsp Olive Oil
For the Seasonings
Italian Seasoning,
Salt,
Pepper,
Garlic Herb (McCormick),
Garlic Powder,
Onion Powder,
Paprika
Directions
Step 1
Clean your chicken, and remove any extra fat on the pieces.
Step 2
Season with 1/2 TBSP of the seasonings listed above and drizzle 1/2 TBSP of Olive Oil. Mix chicken and seasonings really well.
Step 3
Heat your pot on a medium to high heat, and add in your chicken once your oil has been heated.
Step 4
Cook chicken on each side for about 5 minutes, once your chicken has fully cooked, remove and set aside to rest. Turn your heat down to a medium low heat.
Step 5
In the same pan add in your butter, diced onion and garlic, and sun dried tomatoes. Cook down for 5 minutes and add in your chicken broth.
Step 6
Add in your heavy whipping cream and cook for additional 5-6 minutes. While this is cooking, cut your chicken into bite sized pieces.
Step 7
Once liquid is boiling, add in your seasonings, and mix well. Add in your grated parmesean and continue to cook.
Step 8
Add in your gnocchi, spinach, and your chicken. Allow to cook for 5 minutes and turn off heat.
Step 9
Serve and enjoy!
