Ingredients

Bone In Chicken Thighs

Sun Dried Tomatoes

Spinach

1 ½ cup Heavy Cream

1 tbsp Olive Oil

2 tbsp Butter

2 Minced Garlic Cloves

⅓ cup Chicken Broth

1 tbsp Sun Dried Tomato Oil

Seasonings for Chicken:

1 tbsp All purpose seasoning

½ TBSP

SALT

GARLIC POWDER

ONION POWDER

PAPRIKA

ITALIAN SEASONING

Seasonings for Sauce

½ TBSP

All Purpose Seasoning

SALT

GARLIC POWDER

ONION POWDER

PAPRIKA

Directions

Step 1

Start by pouring your sun dried tomato oil on to your chicken, as well as your seasonings. Mix well and ensure inside of the skin of the chicken has been seasoned as well.

Step 2

Heat a pan with your olive oil and allow the oil to heat. Medium to high heat (6/7).

Step 3

Once oil is heated, add your chicken in skin side down and allow to cook on each side for 4 minutes.

Step 4

Remove chicken from the pan and turn your heat down to a 4. Add in your butter, garlic and cook down for 3 minutes.

Step 5

Next, add and deglaze the pan with your chicken broth. Getting all the pan drippings from the chicken from the bottom of the pan.

Step 6

Add in heavy whipping cream and cook for 5 minutes before adding seasonings and sun dried tomatoes in.

Step 7

Mix in your spinach and add your chicken back to allow it to finish cooking.

Step 8

Let simmer covered for additional 15-20 minutes.

Step 9

Serve with your favorite sides like rice, mashed potatoes, etc!
