Ingredients
1 lb Lump Crab Meat
⅓ cup of Garlic Herb Bread Crumbs
4 tbsp Mayo
4 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Large Egg
2 tbsp Worstechire Sauce
Tomato
1 Lemon
Lettuce
Slider Buns
Seasonings:
½ tbsp Garlic Herb McCormick Seasoning
½ tbsp Smoked Paprika
½ tbsp Garlic & Onion Powder
Optional: Pinch of Red Crushed Peppers
1 Sauce Recipe: Mayo, paprika, TSP Hot Sauce, Lemon Juice, small amount of W sauce.
Directions
Step 1
In a mixing bowl add mayo, dijon mustard, W Sauce, and your egg and mix until WELL combined.
Step 2
After combining, add in your lump crab meat. Gently break apart the meat and combine with the mayo mixture.
Step 3
Add in bread crumbs and seasoning. Fold (mix lightly) and combine all ingredients, be gentle to still maintain the shape and texture of the delicate crab meat.
Step 4
Roll crab meat into a small ball shape, and press down creating a patty like shape. Create the shape similar to the size that your slider buns are.
Step 5
Once they’ve created shape, place into fridge for at least 1 hour. (This will help them maintain shape while cooking.
Step 6
In a heated pan, add in some olive oil, and keep heat on a low to high heat. (If your stove has numbers do not put it on anything over a 4/5.)
Step 7
Place patties in and be sure not to overcrowd the pan, flip after 3/4 minutes or when they are nice and golden brown.
Step 8
Once finished, plate on to your bun with your delicious sauce, tomato, and lettuce. Enjoy!
