Ingredients
Caesar Dressing:
1 ½ cup of Mayo
¼ cup Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp Anchovy Paste
⅓ cup Lemon Juice
2 tbsp garlic
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 tbsp W Sauce
½ cup Olive Oil
Romaine Lettuce
Chicken Sandwich ⬇️⬇️⬇️
¾ Thinly Sliced Chicken Breast
French Bread
3 tbsp Melted Butter
1 tbsp Parsley
1 Minced Garlic Clove
½ cup Bread Crumbs
3 Eggs
½ cup Flour
1 ½ cup of oil for frying
Seasonings:
Salt
Pepper
All purpose seasoning
Directions
Step 1
To make your dressing, add all of the ingredients under the Caesar dressing section, except the olive oil.
Step 2
Mix ingredients well and add olive oil little by little as you continue to mix the dressing.
Step 3
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store in a mason jar or air sealed container for up to 2 weeks! :)
Step 4
Heat your pan and oil for frying, try not to have the heat too high. We want a good crispy outside without burning.
Step 5
In 3 separate containers add in flour, egg, and bread crumbs.
Step 6
Add a sprinkle of Parmesan into the bread crumbs container and mix well.
Step 7
Season chicken generously with all purpose seasoning. Hit it with a pinch of olive oil and mix well.
Step 8
Place chicken into flour mixture, then egg mixture, then bread crumbs mixture.
Step 9
Place into hot oil, allow to cook on each side for 4 minutes. Once finished, remove and place on wire rack to help maintain the crisp.
Step 10
Combine melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush onto pieces of bread. Place in oven on 400 for 5-10 minutes.
Step 11
While that bakes, add chopped romaine lettuce, dressing, and more Parmesan. Mix well.
Step 12
Build sandwich, dressing on bottom, chicken, and salad on top.
