Ingredients
4 - 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
3 Strips of Bacon
3 Garlic Cloves Minced
½ tbsp All Purpose Seasoning (my favorite is the Badia Complete Seasoning)
½ tbsp Salt
½ tbsp Ranch Seasoning
½ tbsp Pepper
½ tbsp Paprika
8 - 10 oz Pasta of your choice
⅓ cup of Parm
Cherry Tomatoes
Spinach
1 ½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Step 1
Start by cutting your bacon into small pieces, and cleaning/cutting your chicken.
Step 2
Season your chicken generously with the seasonings listed.
Step 3
In a heated pan (medium to high heat), add pieces of your bacon into the pan and cook through, when bacon is finished, remove from the pan and set aside.
Step 4
In the same pan, add in your seasoned chicken thighs and cook on each side for 4-5 minutes or until finished (internal temp of 165).
Step 5
Cook your pasta according to the instructions provided on the back of the box.
Step 6
Remove chicken from pan and set aside to rest. Turn heat to a medium, add in minced garlic, and ranch seasoning. Mix well!
Step 7
Add in heavy whipping cream, and allow to cook down for 4-5 minutes.
Step 8
Once cooked down add in seasoning (1TSP) , cheese, cherry tomato, and spinach for about 5-6 minutes on a low heat. Stirring in between time.
Step 9
Chop chicken after resting for about 5-10 minutes.
Step 10
Add pasta into your sauce, chicken, and bacon. Mix until well combined, garnish with more bacon and some parsley!
