Cajun Salmon & Shrimp Fried Rice Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

Salmon

10 - 12 Large Shrimp

1 ½ cups of cooked rice

Olive oil

⅓ cup Broccoli

¼ Orange, Yellow, & Red Peppers

½ Onion

Garlic

2 tbsp softened butter

1 tbsp Garlic Salt

1 tbsp Onion Powder

1 tbsp Garlic Powder

1 tbsp Paprika

1 tbsp Creole

1 tbsp Pepper,

1 tbsp McCormicks All Purpose Garlic & Herb

For the Garlic Butter

Softened Butter

Minced Garlic Butter

For the Sauce

2 tbsp of Butter

2 tbsp of Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions

Step 1

Cut your salmon into bite sized pieces, be sure to make sure they are the same size to give a more uniform cook. Slice your veggies, if you like them diced that works as well.

Step 2

Create your seasoning blend, use 1 TBSP of all the seasonings listed above. This is going to be used on everything so mix well and set aside.

Step 3

In seperate bowls season your salmon and shrimp, drizzle with olive oil.

Step 4

Heat a pan with olive oil, once heated, add in your veggies and cook until they are done to your liking. Once finished remove from pan.

Step 5

Once removed add in your salmon bites and cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Be sure to flip them, once finished, remove them from the pan.

Step 6

Add in your shrimp, cook for about 3 minutes on each side. Remove from pan.

Step 7

Add in your day old rice and be sure to get clumps out of the rice. Season your rice to your liking, mix it well.

Step 8

Mix room temparture butter and garlic very well and add into your rice.

Step 9

Once its seasoned well add in your veggies, shrimp, and salmon. Cook your sauce on a medium to high heat for about 3-4 minutes.

Step 10

Top your rice with the sauce, sprinkle a little of your seasoning blend, and parsley for garnish. Enjoy!
