Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 packet instant yeast
2 eggs
½ cup butter
3 tbs sugar
1 tbs brown sugar
1 tsp salt
4 cup all-purpose flour

Directions
Step 1
Warm your milk in a small pot.

In a bowl combine warm milk, yeast and sugar. Mix thoroughly and let rest for 10 mins.

To a separate bowl, add in all-purpose flour, salt, brown sugar, white sugar and combine.

Add flour mixture to a stand mixer on low speed. Slowly mix in the milk mixture, eggs and melted butter until completely incorporated.

Step 5
Once the dough appears homogenous and smooth, add it to a bowl, cover it with a towel and let rise for 1 hour. It should double in size.
Step 6
Roll out the dough until it's about 1/2" thick throughout. Cut out the donuts and add them to a lined baking sheet. Let donuts sit for another hour. They should double in size again.

Step 7
Heat up oil in a pan for frying to 350°F. Fry on each side so that they are nice and golden brown like in the video.

For the frosting, melt candy melts in the microwave for 30 seconds to 1 min. Combine with milk until you reach your desired consistency.

Step 9
Dip one side of the donut in the frosting and then finish it off with sprinkles.
