Directions
Step 1
Add Tapatio sauce to a a baking sheet, spread it out by tilting the pan and bake in the oven at 200F until completely dry.

The Tapatio should come right off. Using your fingers, break it up until it becomes a fine powder.
Step 3
To a bowl add your tapatio powder with the ingredients below. This is your spice mix.

Peel your potato.

Slice your potato directly into a bowl of water. Rinse potato slices thoroughly until the water runs clear.
Step 6
Boil your potatoes for 5 mins. Lay out over a paper towel to dry. Make sure all the water is evaporated before frying.

Fry at 350F until golden brown, let. drain on a paper towel.
