Ingredients

1 Leftover Mac N Cheese: cup

1 Leftover Chicken: cup, shredded or diced

½ Shredded Cheese: cup (any cheese of your choice)

½ Black Pepper/Fresh Pepper: teaspoon (optional)

8 - 10 Samosa Wrappers: (can be found in the frozen section or homemade)

Olive Oil or Cooking Spray: for brushing

Step 1

Prepare the Filling:

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the leftover mac n cheese, shredded chicken, shredded cheese, and black pepper (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Step 2

Assemble the Samosas:

Step 1

Take one samosa wrapper and fold it into a cone shape.

Step 2

Fill the cone with the mac n cheese chicken mixture, ensuring not to overstuff.

Step 3

Seal the open end of the cone by folding the edges over and brushing a little water or oil to make it stick. Repeat this process for all samosa wrappers.

Step 4

Preheat the Air Fryer:

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.

Step 2

Air Fry the Samosas:

Step 1

Lightly brush or spray the samosas with olive oil or cooking spray.

Step 2

Place the samosas in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching each other.

Step 3

Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 7 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in batches.

Step 4

Serve:

Step 1

Once done, remove the samosas from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Step 2

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
