Experience the symphony of two beloved classics merging into one tantalizing creation—the Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake. Picture a velvety smooth cheesecake, its creamy richness embracing the essence of a warm, comforting cinnamon roll.

Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake

Prepare a Springform Pan by spraying the bottom generously with Nonstick Spray. Unwrap and carefully place 2 packs of Deluxe Cinnamon Rolls into the pan, ensuring they cover the bottom. Press the cinnamon rolls down gently and evenly, forming a solid base to cover the bottom of your pan. Ensure to reserve the cream cheese frosting that comes with the cinnamon rolls for later use as a topping. Set the pan aside, ready to transform this base into a delightful Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake creation.

Place 32 oz of Softened Cream Cheese and 1 cup of Sugar into a stand mixer bowl. Mix the Cream Cheese and Sugar thoroughly until well combined. Add 2 Eggs to the mixture, one at a time. Incorporate 1 tbsp of Flour, Pinch of Salt, 1/4 cup of Sour Cream, 2 tbsp of Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp of Lemon Extract & finish the mixture with a final touch of 2 tbsp of Cinnamon Sugar. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until achieving a lump-free, velvety-smooth filling.

Pour the prepared Cheesecake Batter over the flattened Cinnamon Rolls in the Springform Pan. Spread the batter evenly, ensuring it covers the cinnamon roll base completely. To eliminate any trapped air bubbles, gently tap the filled pan against a table or countertop.

For your topping, in a small bowl add in: 1/2Cup Brown Sugar, 1/2Tbsp Cinnamon & 4Tbsp Melted Salted Butter. Whisk the ingredients together vigorously until they reach a spread-like texture.

Using a Small Scooper, distribute the prepared Cinnamon Roll Topping evenly over the Cheesecake Batter in the pan. Create a decorative design by twirling and arranging the topping as desired on the surface of the cheesecake batter. Place the pan into the oven, employing a water bath method for baking. Bake the Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake at 325°F for approximately 55 minutes. Once the baking time is complete, remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Transfer the cheesecake to the refrigerator and allow it to chill and set overnight.

Once the Cheesecake has set overnight, prepare the icing from both packs of Deluxe Cinnamon Rolls by melting it. Pour the melted icing generously over the surface of your chilled Cheesecake, ensuring even coverage. Sprinkle dashes of Cinnamon and Cinnamon Sugar over the glazed Cheesecake to enhance its Cinnamon Roll appearance.
