1 tbsp Butter + 1 Tbsp. Oil

1 or 2 large russet potatoes

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper

Mandoline Slicer

Directions

Step 1

Slice potatoes on a mandoline slicer

1 or 2 large russet potatoes

Melt butter in pan with oil on low heat.

1 tbsp Butter + 1 Tbsp. Oil

Step 3

Layer the potato slices in the pan in a circular pattern. Between each layer, sprinklie with salt and parmesan cheese.

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper

Step 4

Cover the pan, and cook on med-low for about 20 minutes.

Step 5

When potatoes are soft when poked with a fork or toothpick, flip contents of pan onto a platter or board. Let cool before serving.
