Empanada Dough

annabelleslife

I LOVE empanadas. There are a few different versions of these little pies from different countries: Spain, Argentina, Chile, etc. They can be a little different in each one, and they can be either sweet or savory. I love savory empanadas filled with some mixture of beef, chicken and/or cheeses. This dough is the BEST dough for savory empanadas, and it comes together very easily.
