This banana bread is so easy, and can be in the oven in a matter of minutes. Perfect for a cold, winter morning. This recipe is for an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. If you use a 9 x 5 loaf pan, reduce the time by about 10 minutes.

Ingredients

3 overripe bananas

⅓ cup Butter, melted

½ tsp. Baking Soda

pinch of Salt

¾ cup Sugar

1 Egg, beaten

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 ½ cup Flour

8 x 4 Loaf Pan

Directions

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 F. Butter and Flour a loaf pan.

Step 2

Mash bananas in a bowl with a fork. Add melted butter and mix.

Add the rest of the ingredients one at a time, mixing with a spatula until incorporated.

½ tsp. Baking Soda

¾ cup Sugar

1 Egg, beaten

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 ½ cup Flour

Step 4

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 55 - 65 minutes.
