1 Yema

1 Cda Limón en Jugo

1 Cdta Mostaza Dijon

1 a 2 Dientes Ajo

1 Taza Aceite Vegetal o Canola

½ Taza Hierbas (Perejil, Orégano o Albahaca)

1 Ralladura Limón

Sal y pimienta al gusto

1 Egg Yolk

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Dijon Mustard

1 to 2 Garlic Cloves

1 cup Vegetable or Canola Oil

½ cup Herbs (Parsley, Oregano or Basil)

1 Lemon Zest

Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

Licua todos los ingredientes usando una licuadora inmersion (mano) y sirve.

Step 2

TIP: Si solo tienes una licuadora regular, entonces reemplaza el huevo, la yema, la mostaza y el aceite por 1 1/2 tazas de mayonesa.
