Step 1

Ralla el tomate y remueve el exceso de agua con un colador.

Step 2

En un bol agrega el tomate, aceite de oliva y sal.

Step 3

En una sartén con mantequilla dora el pan.

Step 4

Frota el pan con un diente de ajo, agrega el tomate, sal y pimienta al gusto.

Termina con un rabanada de jamón serrano.
