2 tbsp Lemon Juice

3 tbsp White Vinegar

Salt to taste

En un bol agrega crema de leche, limon, vinagre y sal.

Step 2

Con la ayuda de un batidor de mano incorpora todos los ingredientes hasta espesar.

Step 3

Refrigera por al menos 2 horas.

TIP: Si quieres una consistencia firme bate bastante la mezcla. Si la quieres mas cremosa incorpora un poco de leche.
