For the Para el Marinado Carne

¾ Taza Aceite de Maíz

1 Limón Verde

1 Naranja

3 Dientes Ajo

Jalapeños

½ Cdta Comino

½ Cdta Paprika Ahumada

½ Cdta Orégano

½ Cdta Sal

for the Salsa Verde

3 Tomatillos

1 Chile Serrano

¼ Aguacate

2 Cdas Cebolla Blanca

1 Diente Ajo

2 Limones

¼ Taza Cilantro

2 Cdas Aceite de Maiz

Sal y Pimienta al gusto

For the Para el Armado

2 Tortillas de Maíz

¼ Taza Queso Mozzarella

Salsa Verde

Carne Asada previamente marinada

Cebolla

Cilantro

Limón

For the Meat Marinade

¾ cup Corn Oil

1 Green Lemon

1 Orange

3 Garlic Cloves

Jalapenos

½ tsp Cumin

½ tsp Smoked Paprika

½ tsp Oregano

½ tsp Salt

For the Green Sauce

3 Tomatillos

1 Serrano Pepper

¼ Avocado

2 tbsp White Onion

1 Garlic Clove

2 Lemons

¼ cup Cilantro

2 tbsp Corn Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste

For the Assembly

2 Corn Tortillas

¼ cup Mozzarella Cheese

Green Sauce

Previously marinated Grilled Meat

Step 1

Para la marinar en un bol agrega carne en tiras, jalapeño picado, ajo, oregano, paprika, comino, sal, pimienta, jugo de limon, jugo de naranja, aceite y mezcla.

Step 2

Tapa con papel film, lleva a la nevera y deja marinar de 2-8 horas.

Step 3

Para la salsa verde coloca todos los ingredientes en la licuadora y bate hasta formar una salsa homogenea.

Step 4

En un sarten coloca una tortilla de maiz y sobre ella queso mozzarella rallado, agrega un poco de la salsa verde y otra tortilla.

Step 5

Cocina por ambos lados hasta dorar.

Step 6

Agrega la carne en un sarten bien caliente y cocina hasta dorar.

Step 7

Arma con la tortilla, carne, salsa verde, cebolla en cuadritos, cilantro y jugo de limon.

Step 1

To marinate, in a bowl add strips of meat, chopped jalapeno, garlic, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, lemon juice, orange juice, oil and mix.

Step 2

Cover with cling film, refrigerate and let marinate for 2-8 hours.

Step 3

For the green sauce, place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until a homogeneous sauce is formed.

Step 4

In a pan, place a corn tortilla and on top of it grated mozzarella cheese, add some of the green sauce and another tortilla.

Step 5

Cook on both sides until golden brown.

Step 6

Add the meat in a very hot pan and cook until browned.

Step 7

Assemble with the tortilla, meat, green sauce, diced onion, cilantro and lemon juice.
