500 gr Papelón Rallado

125 gr Apio (Chirivia)

Hojas de Limon

500 gr Grated Panela (unrefined whole cane sugar)

125 gr Celery Root (Parsnip)

Lemon Leaves

Step 1

Pela y ralla el apio.

Step 2

Agrega en una sartén con agua y cocina por 2 minutos.

Step 3

Incorpora papelón rallado y coco rallado.

Step 4

Mezcla hasta reducir todo el liquido.

Step 5

Deja enfriar y sirve en hojas de limon o naranja.
