Pela y ralla el apio.

Agrega en una sartén con agua y cocina por 2 minutos.

Incorpora papelón rallado y coco rallado.
Step 4
Mezcla hasta reducir todo el liquido.

Deja enfriar y sirve en hojas de limon o naranja.
