2 Cdas Aceite Vegetal

1 Raiz Jengibre

3 Dientes de Ajo

½ Taza Mirin o Vinagre de Arroz

½ Taza Salsa de Soya

½ Taza Sake

½ Taza Azúcar Blanca

2 Cdas de Fécula de Maiz (diluida en 3 Cdas de Agua)

Semillas de Ajonjolí

Carne

Sal y Pimienta al Gusto

2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 Ginger Root

3 Garlic Cloves

½ cup Mirin or Rice Vinegar

½ cup Soy Sauce

½ cup Sake

½ cup White Sugar

2 tbsp Cornstarch (diluted in 3 Tbsp of Water)

Sesame Seeds

Meat

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Step 1

Pela y corta el jengibre.

Step 2

Sofríe en una olla con un poco de aceite y ajo picado.

Step 3

En una taza medidora coloca mirin, aalsa de soya, sake y azúcar. Mezcla, incorpora a la olla y deja hervir.

Step 4

Diluye fécula de maíz en agua y agregar a la olla. Cocina hasta espesar.

Step 5

Una vez espesa agregar las semillas de ajonjolí y aparta.

Step 6

Pica y sazona la carne con sal y pimienta.

Step 7

En una sartén cocina la carne, cuando este casi lista agrega la salsa teriyaki y sofrie por 1 minuto mas.

Sirve con arroz blanco y brocoli.

Step 1

Peel and chop the ginger.

Step 2

Sauté in a pot with a little oil and chopped garlic.

Step 3

In a measuring cup, place mirin, soy sauce, sake, and sugar. Mix, add to the pot and bring to a boil.

Step 4

Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to the pot. Cook until thickened.

Step 5

Once thick, add sesame seeds and set aside.

Step 6

Chop and season the meat with salt and pepper.

Step 7

In a pan, cook the meat, when it's almost ready, add the teriyaki sauce and sauté for 1 more minute.

Step 8

Serve with white rice and broccoli.
