Ingredients

2 Latas o 600gr Maíz (sin agua)

¾ Taza Crema de Leche

2 Huevos

½ Taza Harina de Maíz

3 Cdas Azúcar

1 Cdita Sal

Mantequilla (para cocinar)

Queso de Mano (Receta en mi canal de Youtube Andrescooking)

2 can of 600gr Corn (without water)

¾ cup Cream

2 Eggs

½ cup Corn Flour

3 tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Salt

Butter (for cooking)

Step 1

En una licuadora agrega maiz, crema de leche, huevos, harina de maiz, azucar y sal.

Step 2

Licua en toques pequeños para dejar granos de maíz enteros.

Step 3

En un sartén coloca mantequilla.

Step 4

Agrega la mezcla con un cucharón y forma un circulo.

Step 5

Cocina 10 minutos de cada lado a fuego lento.

Step 6

Rellena con queso de mano y un poco mas de mantequilla.

In a blender, add corn, cream, eggs, corn flour, sugar, and salt.

Step 2

Blend in small pulses to leave some whole corn kernels.

Step 3

Place butter in a pan.

Step 4

Add the mixture with a ladle and form a circle.

Step 5

Cook for 10 minutes on each side over low heat.

Step 6

Fill with hand cheese and a little more butter.
