Ingredients
800 g chicken wings
1 heard of parsley
8 spring of tyme
Garlic cloves
Scotch bonnet pepper
Green chili
Turmeric
1 large onion
2 green bell peppers
Chopped scallions
1 tbsp green seasoning
Pink Himalayan salt
Browning
Black gloves
Black pepper
Jerk seasoning
1 stick of butter
Soy sauce
All purpose seasoning
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Jerk marinade
Chili oil paste

Directions
Step 1
Step 1: place finely chopped veggies into the blender (peppers, onions, scallions, tyme, turmeric and parsley). Pour 1 Tbsp of onion and garlic power, black gloves, browning, soy sauce, brown sugar, pink salt and chopped garlic. Add 1 C of water and 1/4 C of oil blend well until a paste like consistency.
Step 2
Season the chicken with 1 tbsp using the listed seasonings above. Marinate the wings for 1 hour.
Step 3
lay the wings on a baking rack 1 inch apart from each other and cook at 400 degrees on both sides for an hour and a half in the oven.
Step 4
To a pan add 1 tbsp of jerk marinade, chili oil paste, chopped garlic, honey and 1 stick of butter. Simmer on low heat, pan sear the wings in the sauce for 5 minutes it’s ready to serve
