Ingredients
½ tbsp Chili Powder
½ tbsp cumin powder
½ tbsp taco seasoning
½ tbsp paprika
¼ tbsp cayenne pepper
½ tbsp onion powder
½ tbsp garlic powder
½ tbsp Magic chicken seasoning
½ tbsp complete seasoning
3 chopped fresh garlic
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp of brown sugar
¼ cup of oil
1 small onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 chicken breast
½ lb shrimp
Directions
Step 1
Mix the seasoning thoroughly into the oil. Combine the shrimp into the seasoning mix. Repeat this step in a separate bowl for the chicken breast.
Step 2
Divide the chicken in four slices, on med high heat cook the chicken breast and shrimp on both sides for 10 minutes each.
Step 3
Allow the chicken and shrimp to rest once it has completed cooking. Using the same skillet, saute' your bell peppers and onions on med/high heat for 8 minutes. Turn the heat down to med/low. Add Colby Jack cheese, sliced chicken breast, shrimp and cooked rice, and it’s ready to serve.
