Ingredients
cup basmati rice
1 tbs green seasoning
50 g butter
¼ cup olive oil
4 fresh garlic
1 large red onion
½ cup pigeon peas
1 tbs turmeric
1 tbs (Maggie bouillon cube)
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 cup water

Step 1
1. Pour water in a medium pot and boil at high heat
Step 2
2. Wash and clean your rice four to five times or until rice is clean.
Step 3
3. Add oil in a pan, set to medium high heat, add the garlic, onion and green seasoning
Step 4
4. Simmer the veggies for ten minutes, add turmeric, bouillon seasoning. and peppers.
Step 5
5. Place clean rice in a pan, stir the rice into the seasoning and veggies, add in the pigeon peas.
Step 6
6. Pour water in a pot add butter and close the lid, simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until done.
