Ingredients
Butter cream icing
1 stick of soft cream cheese
½ cup of powdered sugar
1 tbsp of vanilla abstract
¼ cup of condensed milk
1 stick of soften butter
¼ cup crushed Oreo's
½ cup all purpose flour
½ cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup cinnamon powder,
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup cocoa powder

Spread flour onto a cutting board, connect the sheets together and spread your dough, into a square shape. Spread the softened butter gently on your dough sheets. Add, cinnamon, brown sugar, cocoa powder and crushed Oreo’s. Roll the the dough sheets, cut 1/2 inch roll slices.
Step 2
Place your cinnamon rolls in a pan, separating an inch apart. Pour 1/4 C of whipping cream 1 inch above the rolls. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
Step 3
In a bowl take soften cream cheese, powdered sugar, softened butter, vanilla abstract, condensed milk and mix thoroughly. When the cinnamon rolls are done, add the frosting mix on top, then add crushed Oreo’s to the icing and mix thoroughly to add on top of the rolls.
