Ingredients
1 whole cooked lobster (or 1 cup lobster meat)
4 cups cooked basmati rice (preferably cold)
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or any neutral oil)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
½ cup fresh carrots chopped
3 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon accent
1 teaspoon sesame oil
¼ cup browning seasoning
1 teaspoon nature’s seasoning a
¼ ginger root chopped

Directions
Step 1
1. Prepare the Lobster:

If using a whole lobster, remove the meat from the shell and chop it into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

2. Cook the Eggs:

• Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
Step 2
• Beat the eggs in a bowl and then pour them into the pan. Scramble until just cooked through, then remove and set aside.

3. Sauté Aromatics:

• In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until fragrant and the onions are translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

4. Add Vegetables:

• Add the green onions, ginger and carrots mix to the pan. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until they are heated through.

5. Cook the Rice:

• Increase the heat to medium-high. Add the cold cooked rice to the pan, breaking up any clumps with a spatula. Stir-fry the rice, allowing it to get slightly crispy in some places.

6. Season:

• Add the soy sauce, browning, accent, nature seasoning and sesame oil to the rice, stirring well to ensure the rice is evenly coated.

7. Add Lobster and Eggs:

• Gently fold in the lobster meat and scrambled eggs. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the lobster is heated through.

8. Final Touches:

• Add more chopped green onions, and season to taste. Stir everything together until well combined.
