Ingredients
1 pack Italian turkey sausage
1 pack turkey ground beef
1 small onion
1 chopped red bell pepper
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped shallot
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 tsp avocado oil
2 tsp green seasoning
1 tsp chlili powder
1 tsp onion & Garlic powder
1 tsp complete seasoning
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp season salt
1 large can of tomato sauce
½ cup marinara sauce
¼ cup heavy cream
4 slices Fresh mozzarella
2 bay leaves
4 fresh chopped bail leaves
½ chicken broth
3 chopped fresh tomatoes
1 tsp tomato paste
1 box lasagna pasta
½ cup ricotta cheese
Directions
Step 1
Add oil in a pan to high heat, allow the oil to heat up. Add chopped garlic, shallots and onions, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cook the ground turkey and Italian sausage until brown, add the bell peppers and stir throughly. After 15 minutes add the seasonings, and green seasoning.
Step 3
Add fresh chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, marinara and tomato sauce. Stir thoroughly and simmer for 15 minutes. Place two bay leaves and chopped basil in the pot, simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes. Break the lasagna into pieces and pour chicken broth in the pot.
Step 4
Pour heavy cream and simmer for 15 minutes, place four mozzarella slices on top and parsley. Turn off heat and cover lid and allow the lasagna to rest for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Your Lasagna soup is ready sprinkle parmesan cheese and place ricotta on top and enjoy! .
