¼ cup of water
1 tbsp of oil
1 head of scallions

With the listed ingredient's, you'll want to add the finely cut up the vegetables to a blender, pour in the listed seasonings and add water. Blend together until it has a smoothy like consistency.

Pour your green mixture into a Mason jar; keep refrigerated.
