Ingredients
3 - 4 1 whole chicken (about pounds)
6 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika
1 lemon, halved
Fresh parsley for garnish
¼ cup Chicken broth
1 teaspoon Kinder’s seasoning the blend
1 teaspoon kinder’s seasoning buttery garlic & herb
Directions
Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
2. Rinse the chicken inside and out under cold running water and pat it dry with paper towels. Place the chicken in a roasting pan or baking dish.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, softened butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, kinder’s blend and paprika to form a paste.

4. Rub the garlic butter mixture all over the chicken, making sure to coat it evenly, including under the skin.

5. Squeeze the juice from one half of the lemon over the chicken, then place both lemon halves inside the cavity of the chicken.Add chicken broth to the bottom of the pan.

6. Tie the legs of the chicken together with kitchen twine if desired, to help the chicken cook evenly.

7. Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) when measured with a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh without touching bone.

8. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.

9. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then serve and enjoy your delicious roasted garlic chicken!
