Ingredients

1 half pack of chicken wings.

1 cup of buttermilk

1 large egg

¼ cup hot sauce (Tabasco)

1 cup flower

1 cup cornstarch

1 tbsp paprika

1 tbsp season salt

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp complete seasoning

1 tbsp black pepper

1 tbsp paprika

2 cups vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Throughly wash your chicken wings, and soak in a bowl of lemon water for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Transfer your wings into a medium bowl and pat them dry using a paper towel. Add hot sauce, seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper and complete seasoning.

Step 3

With the egg batter and buttermilk, pour into the bowl with wings and massage throughly and marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 4

In a separate bowl add flour, corn starch, salt, pepper and paprika. Remove the chicken wings from the wet batter to the dry batter and pat the dry batter into the chicken. With a deep fryer set heat to 400℉ and fry for 25-30 minutes.
