Ingredients
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Cajun seasoning
Half of lemon
Directions
Step 1
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and garlic, and cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.

4. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Step 5
5. Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat everything evenly in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper and Cajun seasoning to taste.

6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired and 2 sliced lemon.
