Ingredients

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Cajun seasoning

Half of lemon

Directions

Step 1

1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and garlic, and cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

3. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and cook until tender, about 4-5 minutes.

Step 4

4. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Step 5

5. Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat everything evenly in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper and Cajun seasoning to taste.

Step 6

6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired and 2 sliced lemon.

Step 7

Enjoy your delicious Shrimp and Broccoli Alfredo!
